Conscious Founder
"I build businesses with purpose —
and help others do the same."
Founder. Builder. Advocate. For nearly three decades, Jennifer Horvath has been in the business of building. Not just companies, but something more enduring: a life and a body of work rooted in purpose, resilience, and the belief that how you do business says everything about who you are.
About
Jennifer's path didn't follow a script. She grew up moving constantly, changed schools more times than she can count, and relocated to a new country at age seven without speaking the language. She learned early that the only certainty is uncertainty. That lesson became her greatest competitive advantage.
Over nearly three decades, she has launched startups, partnered on ventures, bought into businesses, and most recently completed her first full acquisition alongside her husband Jonny, acquiring and radically transforming Harbor Tile & Carpet Cleaning and growing the company six times over in just two years. She is proof that scrappiness, vision, and a deep comfort with risk, paired with sharp strategy, can take a business further than most people dare to dream.
Beyond the numbers, Jennifer leads with her values. She is deeply committed to fitness and an active lifestyle, trained in Impact Economics, and a fierce animal rights advocate of nearly 20 years. At the core of everything she builds is a conviction that businesses have a responsibility to elevate every stakeholder they touch: employees, clients, communities and everyone in between.
A boutique, elevated service company specializing in deep floor cleaning and restoration, specialty rug and upholstery cleaning, and outdoor furniture care. Acquired and rebuilt from the ground up, Harbor is defined by an exceptional client experience and uncompromising quality standards. In two years, the brand has grown six times over.
The newest Harbor division, a specialized, high-touch interior detailing service for the marine and private aviation industries. Yachts. Private jets. Exceptional standards. Harbor Elite serves a world where the details are everything.
Currently in pre-launch development. Spotly is a spray-and-walk-away stain solution built for real life, starting with pet stains. Designed for people who want results without the effort. More coming soon.
For purpose-driven founders who are building with both ambition and intention. Jennifer specializes in creative business strategy and helping founders weave genuine social impact into their business model so that what they build actually reflects who they are. Real-world strategy from someone who has been in the trenches.
Animal Advocate
Community Impact
Social impact has never been an afterthought for Jennifer. It has been a mandate from day one. At 23, alongside her first business, she built Girlz, a summer camp for teen girls that used fitness and sport as a vehicle for empowerment. Every business she has touched since has carried that same DNA: purpose woven into the operating model, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Today, Harbor Tile & Carpet partners with Palm Beach Animal Care & Control, an open-intake shelter, providing services at cost to volunteers and foster families, directly supporting the community of people keeping animals alive and out of the system. Trained in Impact Economics, Jennifer has long championed the profit-with-purpose model: the belief that a business at its best is one of the most powerful forces for good in the lives of everyone it touches.
Her animal advocacy runs just as deep. Jennifer's commitment goes deeper than affection. She believes every sentient being deserves a life of freedom and dignity, and has spent nearly 20 years showing up for that belief. She volunteers weekly at Palm Beach Animal Care & Control, fosters dogs alongside Jonny, and has volunteered at Happily Ever Esther Farm Sanctuary in Ontario and S.A.F.E. Farm Animal Sanctuary in Quebec.
